Structure, governance and management of the Trust

The Sheena Booth Music Trust, 2 Miswell Cottages, Icknield Way, Tring HP23 4JU, was registered with the Charity Commissioners no. 1099663. The Charity was constituted as a Trust, by Deed of Trust dated 10 January 2003.  By unanimous vote of the Trustees at a meeting on 13th July 2010, the Trust was wound up on 30th November 2010.

The Trust was administered by a management committee consisting of all the Trustees, which took all policy and executive decisions relating to the Trust.  The Trust Deed required at least two ordinary meetings of Trustees to be held per year, and three such meetings  were held in the period under report.  The five original Trustees, named below, were still in office at the time the Trust was wound up.
